"My wife and I have assembled a collection of thousands of vintage photographs we find on our excursions to many Maine antique shops and yard sales. We happened upon this yellowed portrait of an unknown woman from the early 1900’s, and gave her this story of a journal she may have kept, and the leaf pressed within its pages in remembrance of a day she wished to never forget, now long passed."
