Ethel Evans (1866-1929)

Born in 1866, Ethel Evans pursued her artistic studies in Philadelphia and in Paris with Raphael Collin and Augustus Koopman.  In 1897, she exhibited at the Paris Salon as well as with the Art Institute of Chicago, and she was a member of the New York Pen and Brush Club and the National Association of Women Painters and Sculptors.
